WHAT TYPE OF LEASE DOES Prospect Western OFFER?
Prospect Western offers individual leases.
ARE ANY UTILITIES INCLUDED IN MY RENT?
Resident of Prospect Western receive cable, Internet, trash and water services included with their rent. Electricity must be set up by residents separately at their own cost.
HOW LONG IS MY LEASE AT Prospect Western?
Each lease at Prospect Western is for a 12 month term. Residents are given first option to renew their house for another 12 month term.
HOW DO MY ROOMMATES AND I GO ABOUT SIGNING OUR NEW LEASE?
The first step is to complete the leasing application on the Prospect Western website. Once that is complete, a member of our team will contact you to schedule a time to sign your lease. There is a non-refundable $300 move-in fee and a $50 administrative fee. Both fees are due at lease signing.
DO APPLIANCES COME WITH MY NEW HOME?
Yes – each new home at Prospect Western comes standard with stainless style appliances including refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and stove. A full size washer and dryer are also included in your spacious laundry room.
HOW FAR IS Prospect Western FROM CAMPUS?
Prospect Western is located across the street from campus.
WHEN IS RENT DUE EACH MONTH?
Rent is due on the 1st of the month and is considered late after 5PM on the 4th. Prospect Western offers each resident a grace period between the 1st and the 4th to pay their rent with no late fees if paid during that time period.
Do you offer a furnished option?
All residences at Prospect Western come standard with an upscale furnished package including common area as well as bedroom furnishings. Please contact our team for a detailed inventory of the furniture package.
Is parking available?
Yes, parking is available throughout the property.
WHILE I'M A RESIDENT, AM I ALLOWED TO HAVE A PET?
Yes, Prospect Western allows pets, but all pets must be approved by management. Roommates and pet owner must pay a non-refundable $300 pet fee.
